Hey everyone, So here’s the story; I broke my BlackBook’s lcd screen, and apple’s reps. said it would be $800 to replace the entire top half of my computer. So I took things into my own hands and replaced it myself. The catch? I couldn’t find a black top anywhere! So I just rolled with it, I got a white display assembly from ifixit.com and switched them out. I liked the black and white theme so much, that I ‘checkerboarded’ my keys with another macbook owner.I just wanted to get these pictures out there, enjoy!
